Terms of Service.
These terms govern BuyerProof Check and paid BuyerProof access. BuyerProof is a service of Sylvia Singh, sole proprietor, Hamburg, Germany.
1. Paid access and commercial use
Paid BuyerProof access is intended for use in connection with a commercial or independent professional activity. In Germany, whether a person acts as an “Unternehmer” within the meaning of § 14 BGB depends on the objective purpose of the transaction, not simply on whether a trade registration already exists. This can include users who have already made a concrete decision to start selling digital products and purchase BuyerProof in connection with that planned commercial activity. If you are only exploring a possible business privately and have not yet made that decision, do not purchase paid BuyerProof access; the free Check and non-paid waitlist forms remain available without a paid contract. By purchasing paid access, you confirm that the purchase is primarily for your commercial or professional activity or its concrete establishment. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected where they apply.
2. What BuyerProof does
BuyerProof performs automated buyer-path checks for digital products. Depending on the selected check type, the service may verify whether a destination is reachable from a fresh browser session and whether certain expected handoff signals are present, for example a Google copy flow or a Canva template destination. Results may be reported as PASS, WARN / AT RISK, FAIL / BROKEN or INCONCLUSIVE.
BuyerProof does not provide legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity, malware-scanning, accessibility-certification or comprehensive quality-assurance services.
3. BuyerProof Check
The free BuyerProof Check is limited to one conclusive check per user, with additional per-device and per-buyer-path limits to prevent repeated use. A new link or device does not automatically grant another free check. Reasonable anti-abuse controls may also apply. A monitor-side technical failure or inconclusive run is not intentionally counted as the conclusive free check.
4. BuyerProof paid access
BuyerProof offers both one-time and recurring B2B access. The Launch Pass is a one-time purchase that provides 30 days of monitoring for up to 10 buyer links with selectable 24-hour, 12-hour or 6-hour rechecks and no automatic renewal. The Course Creator Pack is a one-time cohort purchase that includes 10 participant passes, each valid for 30 days for up to 3 active buyer paths checked every 24 hours, plus the stated program-integration materials and BuyerProof product support. BuyerProof Watch subscriptions store the buyer links you choose to monitor, recheck supported links automatically according to the purchased plan, and send email alerts when a monitored status changes. Current recurring plan limits are: Watch — up to 10 monitored buyer links, with a selectable 24-hour or 12-hour interval; Pro — up to 20 monitored buyer links, with a selectable 24-hour, 12-hour or 6-hour interval. Supported providers, check semantics, limits and monitoring intervals may be refined as the service develops. Material reductions to paid functionality will not remove the customer’s right to cancel before a future renewal.
5. Accounts and submitted links
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the URLs and information you submit. You must have the right to test the submitted buyer path and must not use BuyerProof to probe private systems, bypass access controls, scrape restricted content or perform unlawful security testing. Each monitoring place is tied to one buyer link for at least 30 days. Updating or repairing the same underlying resource does not create a new place. A link confirmed as BROKEN may be replaced immediately. A different working link can use that place only after the 30-day binding has ended.
6. Price, payment and taxes
BuyerProof displays the applicable price and billing model before purchase. Current public pricing is Launch Pass EUR 39 once, Course Creator Pack EUR 199 once, Watch EUR 29/month or EUR 290/year, and Pro EUR 79/month or EUR 790/year. Stripe Payment Links may present an international buyer with a converted local-currency amount at checkout; the EUR amounts remain BuyerProof's base prices. Launch Pass and Course Creator Pack are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Annual subscription plans are charged once per year and renew yearly until cancelled; monthly subscription plans renew monthly. Only offers with an active checkout can be purchased.
Payment and transaction handling are provided through Stripe. Where Stripe Managed Payments is used, Sold through Link, LLC may act as merchant of record for eligible transactions and may charge and collect subscription amounts on our behalf. BuyerProof remains the provider and seller of the service. Applicable taxes and payment-provider disclosures are shown at checkout.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. Monthly subscriptions remain active through the current paid month and then end. Annual subscriptions remain active through the current paid year and then end; cancellation does not normally create a pro-rata refund for the unused remainder of that already-paid annual period unless mandatory law or an applicable payment-provider policy requires otherwise. Send the cancellation request from the billing email address to thelazyaimethod@gmail.com. We use the timestamp of that email as the cancellation-request time. No statutory consumer withdrawal right is offered because BuyerProof Watch is B2B-only. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
8. Third-party platforms
BuyerProof depends on third-party destinations and infrastructure, including providers such as Google, Canva, Stripe and hosting/browser infrastructure. These services can change, block automated browsers, experience outages or modify their interfaces without notice. A PASS is a point-in-time result, not a guarantee that a buyer path will remain available in the future.
9. Beta availability and monitor uncertainty
We aim to distinguish a broken buyer path from a monitor that could not reach a reliable conclusion. Nevertheless, false positives and false negatives can occur. Customers remain responsible for their own delivery obligations to their buyers and should investigate important alerts before taking irreversible action.
10. Intellectual property
BuyerProof, its software, interface, branding, methodology and generated service outputs remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You retain rights in the links, products and content you submit. You grant us only the rights necessary to process submitted links and provide the service.
11. Confidentiality and data
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. BuyerProof is not intended for highly sensitive personal data, credentials, private customer records or secret links that grant broader access than necessary for a buyer to receive the digital product.
12. Liability
We are liable without limitation where liability cannot legally be limited, including for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable loss typical for this type of contract, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms creates a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or permanent correctness of third-party buyer paths.
13. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend use where necessary to prevent abuse, unlawful activity, security risk or material harm to the service. Paid customers will not be deprived of prepaid service without an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use of the service. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated in a reasonable manner. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
15. Governing law and venue
German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules to the extent legally permitted. If the customer is a merchant, legal entity under public law or special fund under public law, Hamburg is agreed as place of jurisdiction to the extent legally permissible.

17. Get Featured: submissions, rights and dated checks
Submitting a digital product or creative campaign to Get Featured is free. Submission does not guarantee selection, traffic, exposure, an audit or a buyer-link PASS. We choose placements editorially and may decline, remove or discontinue features at our discretion for lawful and reasonable reasons. No charge is made for a submission or an editorial placement. Any future optional sponsored placements would require a separate explicit agreement and disclosed price; there is no automatic transition to a paid plan.
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to any submitted artwork, can license it to BuyerProof, and have permission from every identifiable person pictured. You grant BuyerProof a free, non-exclusive, revocable licence to reproduce, adapt to website layouts (including responsive cropping and web-friendly compression), and publicly display submitted artwork solely on BuyerProof's own website, with creator credit where reasonably possible. You retain ownership. A separate unchecked-by-default choice is required for social-media publication. We do not sell applicants' imagery to others. You may revoke either permission by contacting thelazyaimethod@gmail.com; we will take down artwork under our control as soon as reasonably practicable. Cached, already shared, or third-party copies may take longer to disappear.
For submitted buyer links we may conduct an internal buyer-perspective check as part of editorial review without using the applicant's one-time public Free Check. Checks are limited to the submitted destination and a supported flow. Linked product features are published only after a recent conclusive PASS. Campaign art without a buyer link may be selected solely as artwork and is not eligible for a checked badge. A “Checked by BuyerProof” badge may be shown only for an approved, currently published feature with a recorded PASS, and must display the actual check date, link to the BuyerProof result, and must not be altered or presented as continuing certification, a security audit, product-quality approval, an endorsement, or verification of a completed checkout. Buyer paths may change after checking; badges may be removed or revoked. The badge embed links to BuyerProof so that removal or changed status is reflected at the source.
We may contact applicants regarding their submitted work and review outcome; marketing messages require a separate lawful basis. Submission and image processing are described in our Privacy Policy. You can request removal and data erasure subject to lawful retention requirements.
