Why test my link if it works for me?
You may be signed in with owner permissions. A buyer might get a request-access screen, a different sharing state, the wrong destination or a missing copy step. The buyer-facing link is what matters.
What does the free check do?
It tests one buyer-facing link once from a fresh browser perspective. A verified free account is required. If BuyerProof cannot verify the result, it returns INCONCLUSIVE rather than pretending the link worked or failed.
What links can BuyerProof check?
Supported Canva template/design links, Google Sheets and Docs public access or copy flows, and supported public download/destination links. It does not test every platform or a complete checkout flow.
Why not use an incognito window?
An incognito browser is helpful for a one-time manual check. BuyerProof Watch adds scheduled rechecks and email alerts so you don't have to remember to repeat them yourself.
How often will Watch check?
It depends on the current plan and the chosen cadence. See the pricing page for the available 24-hour, 12-hour and 6-hour options and their limits.
Will it alert me immediately?
No instant detection is promised. Checks run on your selected schedule, and alert logic avoids sending a broken-link notification on the first unconfirmed failure.
What does INCONCLUSIVE mean?
BuyerProof couldn't reliably establish whether your intended buyer outcome worked. That is not proof of a working or broken link. The result tells you what still needs manual verification.
Do I have to give you my private logins?
No. You provide the buyer-facing link, not your owner credentials. BuyerProof deliberately checks without owner permissions.
What do I choose after the free check?
Launching a product? A time-limited Launch Pass may fit. Selling on an ongoing basis? Watch provides recurring monitoring. Current details, limits, billing and cancellation are on the pricing and billing pages.
What is Get Featured, and is it really free?
Get Featured is a free, curated showcase for selected digital products and creative campaigns. Applying does not guarantee a placement, traffic, a successful link check or an endorsement. There are no automatic fees. Any future paid sponsored placements will require separate explicit consent.
Can I submit artwork instead of a product?
Yes. A campaign image with the necessary rights can be submitted without a buyer link, but it cannot receive a Checked by BuyerProof badge. A linked product can be published only after our internal buyer-side review records a recent PASS.
What does “Checked by BuyerProof” prove?
Only that a specific submitted buyer link recorded a conclusive PASS at the displayed date and time in a supported fresh-browser check. It does not certify the full product, content, security, checkout, or permanent availability. The live badge points to a BuyerProof record and can be revoked.
Does my Get Featured link check use up my free check?
No. The internal editorial review check is separate from the public one-time Free Check. It is triggered by our reviewer, not automatically by each submission. Unclear results do not count as PASS.
Can I withdraw my image or social permission?
Yes. The optional social use is a separate, unchecked choice; website display is also revocable. Contact thelazyaimethod@gmail.com with the submission details. Please see our Featured terms and Privacy Policy.
Can I share a Checked by BuyerProof badge after my free check?
Yes, after a conclusive PASS, you can choose to publish a dated check receipt. It is private by default. The public receipt reveals only the checked domain and outcome, not the full buyer URL; it is not certification. Copy an embeddable badge linking to the live record. Read the terms and privacy notice.
How do you choose featured work?
We manually curate submissions for creative quality, technical suitability, permissions and BuyerProof brand fit. Uploaded images require at least 2000 pixels on their longest edge and a file of up to 10 MB. A feature does not mean we recommend or guarantee its product.
